iTicket Solutions didn’t start in a boardroom. We started on the front lines — supporting teams buried in spreadsheets, paper vouchers, and manual processes. We saw the pain firsthand and built a purpose-driven platform to replace outdated systems with modern, seamless solutions.

iTicket Solutions traces its origins back to 1992, when the original Voucher Snap system was developed for the Thomas Cook Vacation Club and installed at the Travel Inn Lodge in Lake Buena Vista.
In 1997, the platform entered enterprise-scale deployment with adoption by a major Orlando-based vacation ownership operator, marking the beginning of continuous evolution across large, live resort operations.
Since then, the platform has progressed through five major technology generations, beginning as a DOS-based system, advancing to native Windows applications, transitioning into hybrid on-premise and cloud deployments, and today operating as a fully cloud-native enterprise platform running on Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
This history reflects decades of real-world operational use and positions iTicket Solutions as a mature, production-proven incentive management system, not a startup or consumer ticketing platform.
