iTicket Solutions was built inside real resort operations, not imagined from the outside. Long before incentive systems were software categories, they were manual processes that broke quietly and surfaced problems late. We lived that reality firsthand, and we built this company to fix it where it actually happens.

From the Business, Not the Boardroom

Founded in 1992, starting with Thomas Cook in Orlando, Florida, the birthplace of modern timeshare, iTicket Solutions emerged directly from operational necessity. Working inside OPCs and Gift Rooms, we saw how paper vouchers, manual logs, and disconnected systems created reconciliation gaps long after tours were complete. Those early experiences shaped a philosophy that incentives must be controlled at the point of execution, not cleaned up after the fact

Why We Exist

iTicket Solutions exists to bring structure and control to one of the most complex parts of resort operations. Incentives touch sales, vendors, finance, and compliance, often across distributed locations and inconsistent vendor environments. Our focus has never been on surface-level visibility. It has always been on execution accuracy, accountability, and operational trust where work actually happens.
